My garage door is always screeching and it really annoys me... I want to open it up and repair it but I think it is too heavy and difficult for me... should i just replace it with a new one?

Well…why not try and see if your garage doors are rusty first? Old and rusty rollers, springs, screws etc are usually the main culprit in screeching garage doors. Garage doors are heavy by nature (and mostly made up of metal plates) so expect them to screech one way or the other.

Well old garage doors usually do this.
The folds for the door can be old and not greased, or the wheels and track it rides up on could need a little greasing.
If it’s not emitting from your door, it could be the track machine that pulls the thing up.
