I am going through a divorce right now and my wife moved out. She has a garage door opener that would allow her to get into the house and take whatever she wants. Ever since my neighbor moved to my street she has tried to talk to me and even confused me with my younger brother. It's been 4 yrs off and on trying to get me, but the thing is that i don't like her because she likes to be with other guys as well. There is 2 ways out of the street and i have chosen the one that is not by her house just to avoid her. Even though she alwasy had her garage door open when i came home just so she can see me, now she doesn't do that because i don't cruise through her house no more. I feel guilty because i had destro any hope she ever had with me but at the same time it makes me mad see a different car in her house every night. How do adjust an old chain driven garage door opener to stop closing the door when the door reaches the floor. Currently the door overtravels and then raises back up automatically? Now one open takes 15 seconds and 1 close action takes 15 seconds.
I want to know how much energy it takes to work for 30 seconds.
I want to calculate how much I spend to open close the garage door. My mathematical analysis for a minute's work by the door said that the garage door would take 6 watts but thats silly.
