My garage door light bulb goes out every month, I guess it's due to all the vibration when the door opens/closes and the light turns on at the same time, Sears sells an anti-vibration light bulb for around , well I am not going to pay for a single light bulb, does someone know how to modify the garage door opener so that I don't have to change light bulb every month? Thanks!
I love my new e350. It is incredible, but there are a few parts that I cannot figure out. It is a 2006 model and I do not have the owner's manual. I cannot figure out how to program my garage door opener, how to change the time on the clock, how to open the cup-holders in the back seat, or how to program the seat settings. Please help

I recently moved to a new house, and the old owners say they "forgot" the 4 digit code to the garage door opener keypad. The opener is made by Craftsman, but that's about all I know. They lost the instruction manual, too.
it hasn't been while actually and i've been opening it manually but now it's getting to be a bother. i started opening it manually because the remote wouldn't open it anymore. first it used to close but when it got mid-way to closing it would go up by itself. then it wouldn't open completely. any suggestions? the garage door is genie and yes the remote has brand new batteries and yes it does the same system settings. please i need help!
nope, there's nothing blocking the sensor, shouldn't there some green light?
ScareCrow from Contech keeps animals out with a wide spray, too wide, and that would prevent my cats from enjoying their own yard. I just need to route the sprinklers around the perimetry of the wooden privacy fence so when the motion sensor(s) detect them approaching the fence they will get dowsed at about 3 to 4 ft in from the fence and go back into the yard and stay home. I have contacted irrigation companies here in San Antonio but no reply yet on the motion-sensory activated part of what I want, just the sprinkler/irrigation part. I have seen motion sensors that turn on lights, open garage doors, close curtains, but other than ScareCrow I have not seen any information about tripping a sprinkler system. I have even thought about the produce section misting systems that come on intermittently. Any ideas would be very welcome.
when I open my garage door, it works fine, but when I press the button on the wall or the car at times it goes part way then stops and goes back up. If I hold the button it will go down. Can anyone tell me why it does this and how to fix it? Emails me your answers at jdcron@wmis.net
